1.45 hours+. Lobby wasn’t even that busy. The newer location on west market is 20 times faster every time that I’ve been there. Now, I finished up at prompt care after two hours and go to get my two prescriptions filled(that they said they electronically sent over to the pharmacy). The pharmacy says«no, they just sent one script over».

«Prompt» is not what I would call this place. The waiting room is pretty depressing, dirty, and filled with people sneezing, coughing, and blowing their noses(with no tissues or hand sanitizer around). I guess it’s faster than seeing your regular dr. on short notice, but definitely doesn’t feel as clean.

Both times I’ve been here(for vastly different things) I have been in an out in a half hour! Wow! And they were great about remembering my case when I called back for clarification on instructions. Great job!

Does anyone check Unilocal when they need help deciding where to go for Prompt Care? If so, it must not be that urgent. For what it’s worth, I had a good experience here. Luckily, I’ve only been here once. I had stomach pain and went to Prompt Care. One thing led to another, yada yada yada, I ended up spending four nights in the hospital.(That’s right… I yada’d through surgery). About a week after I returned home, I got a $ 10 bill in the mail from Prompt Care. I had paid $ 10 for my co-pay when I checked in but because I ended up needing extended medical care, they refunded my $ 10. Sure they got tens of thousands from my insurance, but I thought it was a nice gesture.
