Oxide Lounge

Let me start by saying I have never once written a Unilocal review below 4 stars. My family and I wanted to record a CD with Oxide Lounge. There were only a few dates that worked because I live in Los Angeles and would be traveling. It was a time sensitive issue to find a studio, and Oxide seemed great for what we needed. I sent a few emails back and forth with Tony. He was incredibly unprofessional. His emails had so many typos I could hardly understand what he meant to say. He took way too long to respond to me, even though I told him I was in a hurry to book. After confirming the price and setting the date, he tried charging me a non refundable deposit which had never been mentioned before, and when I had questions about it, he told me he couldn’t work with me… after making me wait 4 days to hear back. I’m not surprised at all that this is the first review for the business.
