Pavillion is thee absolute worst property management company. The managers are ignorant and give me an attitude every time I call. They try charging our account for ridiculous fees that we were not given a notice or receipt for. The actual property owners have refused to meet with me in person for the entire year. If I was a property owner, you bet that I would meet with my tenants to iron out any problems. These people will try to cheat you out of everything and anything. Avoid renting from Pavillon at any cost. Seriously.
