I love Dr. Radden! She’s very informative & explains things well. She explains things to me in words I can understand and not just the medical terminology. I feel very comfortable going to this doctor. I saw a previous review about the nursing staff. I myself have never had a problem with the staff. Every nurse I had dealt with was extremely friendly to me. I’d recommend Radden!

The office staff for Dr. Radden are horrible. Particularly, the nurse, Angie, when asked her name said, «I told you my name in the beginning of our conversation.» People who seek help from specialists, like Dr. Radden, are already scared and confused –to treat patients poorly is to add insult to injury. Unfortunately, Dr. Radden is one of two specialist for the Bloomington /​Normal area… and her staff treat you like an emotional punching bag knowing your options are limited.
