Ralph Clayton Land Care

Oh man, did I learn a good lesson here! Got a name from a name for Ralph Clayton, a young arborist who is not afraid of heights!
I paid him $ 1000 cash, and the check cashed 20 minutes later. Then I noticed he hadn’t really taken much down (my fault here for not picking up on it right away) so I asked him to come back out to trim further. He agreed but then cancelled last minute because of issues with his truck. We rescheduled and again he cancelled last minute. He promised he would come out by Christmas. After that he stopped picking up his phone or returning calls.
I tried contacting him once a week for the month of January with a call/​text but never heard back. I threatened to report him to the Better Business Bureau but still no response.
Sadly since he doesn’t have a legitimate business or a known address I CAN’T report him to the Better Business Bureau. The most I can do is write a Unilocal review and hopefully no one else gets taken advantage of. Ralph, if you’re reading this please return your messages and finish those trees!
