Rooms Direct

My mother and I went in to Rooms Direct this afternoon to look at a new mattress for her bed. Her current mattress is about 15 years old and was not a good quality mattress.
We were helped by both Dave and Scott. Scott took plenty of time allowing my mother to test several before she decided on the one she liked. Dave then came and we negotiated a great deal.
We were very pleased with the selection and staff! A++++

Had such great help and was able to get an amazing deal compared to what I was quoted at another store in town!!! So happy to be saving over $ 400 for a new living room set!

I purchased a dresser, mirror and nightstand from this place, 2 years ago this month. It took six months to get the first order. I get the stuff home and the nightstand is damaged. The owner tells me he will take care of it right away. I called several more times, being told they don’t make them any longer but he can get one, he will call me back as soon as it comes in, etc… LIAR.
Here I am two years later waiting on the replacement nightstand. At this point, I would love to take the garbage he sold to me and throw it at him. Follow up with customers is horrendous, worst I have ever encountered, obviously, since I am still waiting after two years. I called several times, so it’s not like I didn’t follow up. All he cares about is getting your money, the quality and follow up he provides after he has your money is in one word — WORTHLESS.
He even said when I first called about the damaged nightstand that he would refund my money on the nightstand. Didn’t receive that refund either. Now I have a dresser and mirror with a damaged nightstand and you can’t get them any longer, so a refund on the entire purchase is what I should get, I know I won’t, because his business ethic is already glaringly clear.
Stay away from this place, there are several other places in town you can go to order the same and better products, for less money anyway. They can keep their damned onion. The taste they left in my mouth is more than enough — BAD ONION!

We’ve purchased a sectional, a recliner and a bed from rooms direct. They are very knowledgable and helpful. We wanted a really good mattress and they explained all of the options very well, right down to the beds that they sleep on at home! Prices are great too.

We bought an Ashley brand sofa and upon delivery it had a slight tear in backside also the motor broke in the reclining part of the sofa within the first weekend we had it. Rooms Direct replaced our sofa without any problems, however, we did have to wait again for another one to be ordered. Everyone was helpful and understanding. The delivery staff is very careful and trustworthy.
