Came in for a simple repair on my iPhone. Greeted quickly by an employee even though they were busy. Really friendly customer service and a big help. Recommend for any Apple services or repairs

I sent in my laptop six days ago for repair. I was told that the store will overnight ship my laptop to Apple for repair and receive it back within one week instead of ordering parts and being unsure of what parts to order, it would have been easier and faster to have Apple fix it. After calling five times, someone finally answered the phone. I was told that they still have not received the parts from Apple, and that they are not sure when they will receive the parts or when they will fix my laptop.
Turned out that it was a miscommunication. My laptop has been fixed and returned today.
