I’m only giving them one star because I was forced to do so! This by far is the worst interaction I have ever had! The manager Mandy was far to busy texting on her phone to deal with a customer and the other manager (small heavy set blonde) was young and immature… she was way to busy as well to help a customer! The jewelry is cheap but you get what you pay for! They do refuse to stand behind the product they sell! If stones fall out while its in the bag they back for you at the time of check out I would hope the exchange or refund the money! A Cracker Jack box contains higher quality! The staff is rude, condescending, and very clueless! Young and immature little girls! This is like shopping at Kmart. Oh wait even Kmart stands behind what they sell! If you want people who would rather focus on hiding in the closet to text, eat and drink coffee this is the place for you! When you check out you’re a bother and when you have defective product you’re a leper! Don’t bother asking for a contact above them you’ll never get a name out of them!
