After having a storage unit in a non-​climate controlled environment where it wasn’t all indoors, Storage Express on Patterson really makes you feel spoiled. A great deal of their units are drive-​up, which is nice if you’re moving a lot of furniture or frequently are coming and going. Their prices are decent and their units are rather nice. They seem to be in good quality and to date, none of my belongings have gotten wet from a leak or anything. The only concern I had is that there was a dead rodent found in my previous unit I had with this location. I eventually moved out of that unit into another one, and I’m sure they worked on fixing the problem, but it doesn’t seem to be an airtight building. No complaints thus far though. The rodent didn’t damage any property so I’m still happy.
Also, they’re constantly running promotions for a month or two half off or similar so I’d look into that before getting a unit.
