Considering we got two full meals and drinks for only $ 15, this place was not bad at all! The only thing was that we were the only customers there and our food still took almost 30 minutes. But I can’t complain since it was so cheap.

Sugar Daddy’s is both a bakery and a diner and my review is based on the breakfast/brunch-diner portion of the establishment. You have to love the small business, family-owned, local type of places and this is one of them. The two servers, who may both have also helped out in the kitchen, were the sweetest, ready to answer any questions and eager to know that you are a satisfied customer. I had two orders of French toast and two orders of hash browns and both were cooked just perfectly. The bread was fluffy and the hash browns were crisped and buttery. The décor is very diner-inspired with the black and white checkered floors and Marilyn Monroe and James Dean portraits on the wall, with a splash of some antique toys and other collectibles. I only wish they were open past 2pm!

By far the best gluten-free cake I have ever had. If I lived in Bloomington, I would only order from this place!
