SummerHouse at Indiana

This place is amazing. I’m a traveling nurse and everything is included (linens, towels, appliances, dishes, washer/​dryer, even wifi and cable). The staff is extremely nice and courteous. I had to print off some document for work and they just let me use their personal computer. Everything is very clean and I feel very safe. I highly recommend this place.

If you’re looking for convenience at a reasonable price, SummerHouse may be the perfect place to call home. Not only are the units brand new and fully furnished, but tenants are allowed to lock in school year leases (i.e. no rent during summer) and the rent is inclusive of all utilities. An even bigger selling point is the property management company, Renaissance Rentals, which I have to say is the best property management company that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Employees of the property management company are friendly, professional, informed, and very responsive to tenant needs.
The only conceivable drawback about living at SummerHouse is the location; the apartment complex is a little bit east of College Mall so it’s a little further away from Bloomington’s bar scene. Of course, this could be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for. As a graduate student, I think the location is great because of its far enough from the raucous party scene but close enough to partake when you’re in the mood to have some fun!

Excellent place to stay, regardless of length, be it one day or like myself, a month plus. Cozy, well equipped, and the friendliest staff one could possibly ask for. Annie rocks, with her patience with my endless package deliveries, Patrick was super sweet and accommodating, and Lindsey was wonderful too. Great place with a great cast! Everything is beautiful and well maintained, you really do feel right at home. Would highly recommend, beats the Ritz Carlton any day!
