The Ultimate Tan

Staff is rude and hardly at the counter when you come in. It’s the only place with the versa spray tan so I still go because of that.
As for the versa spray tan, I love going! The room is clean!

I have been a loyal customer at this location for a few years but froze my membership over the past year due to my being pregnant. My freeze was ending & I needed to either lengthen the freeze or cancel my membership because caring for a newborn would not currently allow me the time to tan. I called to see if I could do either of these things over the phone so that I didn’t have to drag a newborn out but they said I would have to come in & sign something so I packed up the car & headed over. When I got to the shop I had to wait in a long line & when it was finally my turn I told the girl behind the counter what I was needing to do. She (quite curtly) informed me that since I was freezing my membership she would go ahead & help me but for ‘future reference’ they do not allow children inside the shop. She said that this is a state law but I have done extensive research on her statement and minors under the age of 14 are permitted from using tanning equipment but I was obviously not trying to sign my infant up for a membership. I ended up cancelling my membership & only discovered after returning home that the cancellation notice I signed stated that all of the Ultrabronze tans & upgrades I have purchased are now voided. I had over $ 100 worth of tans sitting in my account & the girl did not mention this to me. I realize that it is my responsibility to read anything I sign but a business providing good customer service would make their customer aware of this. What an awful experience.

I LOVE THE ULTIMATE TAN! Friendly, professional staff — the ultrabronze beds and versaspa (spray tanning) are my favorite!
