After expressing to the cashier that the magnetic stripe was completely worn out on our cc we kindly asked that she manually enter the card number three times and all three times not only did she refuse to do it but then she needed to explain to us that their«TA» doesn’t process cc manually. She also didn’t seem to mind that our sale was well over $ 350 worth of diesel fuel. We called the Manager and expressed embarrassment and was told that she handle it, never taking our name or number. Needless to say, we gave our business to Pilot.
