U.S. Heating and Air

I don’t care what anyone says or doesn’t say about U.S. Heating & Air, this company is spectacular!
After several completely disappointing call-​in experiences with Sears’ Customer Service Dept. re the installation of a Kenmore thru-​the-​wall air conditioning unit, I was «hopeful» after I spoke to a gentleman named Bobby at US Heating & Air, particularly since I don’t reside in IL. Right off the bat, Bobby told me that they would install the unit I had purchased two weeks earlier for my 88-​year old mother. When I hesitantly called a few days later to make the arrangements, Pam assured me that she would call my mom to set something up – and she did — within moments of my call!
After installing the unit, my elated mother called to let me know that she was so happy with the new unit and that the installers, Jack and Tyler (I believe) were so professional, kind and thoughtful. They not only quickly installed the unit; they took the non-​functioning unit and the big cardboard boxes, foam and paper with them, too! My mom said that Jack even held her hand and wished her a Happy Mother’s Day! She was literally crying tears of joy as she stated that she was enjoying the cool air from the unit! THE thing I recall most about the conversation with my mother is that she stated that the US Heating & Air installers «made her feel so very special!» I reminded her that she was special. A HUGE heartfelt «Thank You» to Jack and Tyler for not only being professional and experts in your field, but for also being kind and thoughtful. You didn’t have to go that extra mile, but you did. The best things in life, like being kind and caring, are truly free! Thanks again, US Air & Heating!!!

U.S. Heating and Air is an exceptional company. My wife and I were looking at replacing our aging and inefficient furnace and air conditioner, and entertained quotes from several companies before deciding on U.S. Heating and Air. Their prices were incredibly fair, and the selection of systems was expansive.
Their representative (Mason) came out to our house and did a complete inspection of the current system, as well as taking measurements of the house in order to do a load calculation. He then showed us several different systems from several different companies (York, Carrier, and Heil), and explained the pros/​cons of each system thoroughly and completely. We ended up going with a York Affinity 98% modulating speed two-​stage furnace with a York 16 SEER single stage air conditioner.
The U.S. Heating and Air team came out a few weeks later for the install (they could have come sooner, but our scheduled just didn’t work out at that time). The crew was incredibly professional and while the install took 2 days (one day to remove the old system and install the furnace, and another day to finish the air conditioner and install the new thermostat), I was very impressed with their work. The install was clean and they treated my house as if it was their own.
My wife and I are very pleased with our new system! The price was great and the team at U.S. Heating and Air was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend U.S. Heating and Air to anyone looking for a great, energy efficient HVAC system!
