This review is about the architecture of the building and it’s (lack of) comfort for studying. It’s not a review of the people who work inside of the building at all.
The building looks like a giant concrete slab and I’ve heard it was originally not intended to be used for a library. It feels claustrophobic because there are barely any windows. If you desire natural sunlight while studying definitely look elsewhere.
