UPDATE: I am updating this review to reflect that Jim has made this as right as I think he can without redoing the entire job from scratch. He had an actual mason come and pour a good cap on the chimney. He also insulated the lower half of the pipe. I feel much more comfortable with the liner that was installed and for my safety. I believe Jim had a rash of bad employees doing substandard work. He says he has cleaned house.
