This apartment complex is not friendly for year round college students, they make you pay a full month’s rent mid august and force you to move out july 31st right before finals week. Additionally, the day they make you move out your key stops working at midnight causing you to be locked out prior to when the office opens for checkout. The hallways smell like garbage and the office staff is not helpful. I gave 2 stars because their maintenance staff is helpful and are willing to fix problems efficiently within 24 hours.

I’ve had more luxury in a cheap motel than here at Lionsgate. The entrances and stairwells are dirty, the stairwell door lock is broken giving me no security, I’ve been at my unit for almost two weeks and still have no internet, and now there is mold all over one of the rooms!
Every attempt to contact the staff has been futile. When I can finally get a hold of someone they give me excuses as to why things are the way they are and nothing is done to fix it.
I hope to convince my company to never rent here again.

Best amenities for student housing off campus in Bloomsburg Pa. I was amazed this exists for such a great rate! Everything is nice and new and clean.
