We went there one time back and it will be the only time. It was a hot day and even hotter in the place we had to fight flies off just to eat our food which was awful. The floor was stick, lots of dirty tables and service was very slow, you could tell the waiter did not want to serve anyone.

UGH!!! Went there today for lunch. The place is shabby and dirty looking. We waited for someone to bring a menu and get our drink order. Even though all employees saw us enter the room, no one came to wait on us. As I looked around the room, I noticed a waiter at the drink station with his own drink who was drinking from an open cup and handling glasses. The floors were dirty and my table felt sticky. Finally, after waiting an unusual amount of time for service and time to examine my surroundings, we left with NO plans to return.

We love this place for breakfast on Sunday’s… The biscuits are Awsome and so is the bacon!!! Just wish they served breakfast until 11…

We both had hamburger steak with a side salad. I had onion rings & the hubby had a baked potato with his. This place is very good. Heard several locals rave about how good it was. I just figured since its location is somewhat remote that this was the only thing they had to pick from. WRONG! It’s yummy. So I can’t wait to come out here on a Friday or Saturday and try their ribeye. The only thing I could complain about is our plates were served with two dinner rolls straight from packaging and cold. Coconut cream pie & peanut butter pie was good, but I’ve made better myself. I still enjoyed the flavor of those. Prices very, very reasonable. Service was good and staff really friendly. Not a fancy place, but very clean and somewhat modern.

I have eaten here twice and have been very pleased both times. I will upgrade to five star if the next few times we go there are the same as before. I have had the hamburger steak and a regular steak on my previous visits and both were very good. The service is a little slow but only from being so busy, not from effort from the waitresses, they are doing the best they can and are very friendly and efficient. I would recommend everyone to give it a try!

You know how on a car trip you are always looking for the perfect place to stop for breakfast? Someplace independently owned, clean, good service and simple but perfect breakfast food? This place is it! Your coffee cup will never be empty and your stomach will be happy… especially if you order the country ham and cheese omelet. Even my sulky, annoyed-​to-​be-​awoken, «on another one of mom’s stupid car trips» 15 year old was happy with this place. And that’s saying something.
