Poor website management. Unfortunately their deli is closed currently. Make sure to call in advance if planning a lunch outing. Seems like a great option

Amazing beer selection, able to buy individual cans and bottles so you don’t have to commit to a six pack. Awesome food and great hours(even open on holidays).

We’ve passed this place for decades, from back when it was just a service station to its more recent life as a combination gas station and convenience store but didn’t stop there till our most recent visit to Blowing Rock. Too bad we didn’t discover it sooner. It is not just a run-of-the-mill convenience store; rather, it has a great selection of upscale food and wine — including fresh pastries and the best coffee that we found in Blowing Rock. After a couple of visits for the goodies, we wound up stopping there for gas before hitting the road for home(mainly to get a cup of coffee for the road), and the price for Mobil was just a couple of cents higher than the discount station a mile or so down the road. We visit Blowing Rock regularly, and this will now be a regular stop when visiting.

I didn’t think I could come to love a market/gas station! We stopped here everyday on our trip to Blowing Rock and the place never disappointed. They have a huge selection of drinks, from waters, wines, beers, local teas, and classic sodas(even sold in the bottle, how cute!). My boyfriend got a sandwich from the deli and it was HUGE and super fresh. They have Boars Head meats and cheeses and home made meals to go as well. It you’re passing through Blowing Rock, this place is worth a visit for a quick snack, a drink, and a full tank of gas. If you have time, they have a cute little patio out front with metal rocking chairs and tables with a nice view of Main Street!

I love Blowing Rock Market! We were recently in the area and ended up going twice in one weekend. I love their specialty beer and foods. Everything you need for a wine tasting at your house! Meats, cheeses, sauces, wine, beer and practical items too. It is one stop shopping while you are in town! There is also a deli in the back I didn’t get to try but heard great things about. Can’t wait to stop in here again!

I went here last year when a local told us about this place. I just went today and had the HANDSDOWN… BEST Pulled Pork Sandwich. WOW! The flavor was unbelievable. I really enjoy Blowing Rock in general, but this is the nicest gas station/market/restaurant I’ve been in.

Not expecting much from a general market with a gas station attached, this place blew me away with how great it was. They had an incredible selection of upscale picnic items, homemade jams, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and wines both chilled and room temperature. Everything you could possibly need for a nice day in the park(or on Grandfather mountain!) Don’t worry– they still had doritos. They also had an intriguing kale seasoning that I just couldn’t resist buying. What I loved most about this place, however, was the Boar’s Head deli. The lady making our sandwiches was so friendly, I could have chatted with her all day. We both went with the make-your-own sandwich menu and loved our custom crafted sandwiches. Great quality meat, cheese and bread options. My favorite part was once she made them, she labeled them«His» and«Hers.» So cute! Definitely a great place to stop buy if you need almost anything in the area!

A convience store that has some great beer… tons of wine… and a deli that makes good sandwhiches. I like that it fits into downtown without looking like a crappy crappy quicky mart!

We stopped at a little café, thinking that they were open, but they had not opened for the season yet. I asked them where we could get some sandwiches for take-out(we wanted to have a picnic lunch on the Blue Ridge Pkwy.), and they suggested this place. They said that it’s a «really nice-looking gas station!» So we walked a little further down the street and found it. Wow! They have your regular gas station assortment of food and then some! They have a little deli in the back, and we had some awesome cheese sandwiches made(wheat bread, Havarti, Muenster, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oh my!). We also got some chips and some drinks. They have an assortment of homemade desserts, so I picked up a great pumpkin roll. They have basically everything you would need for a nice cocktail party! Lots of different crackers, chips, dips, wines, not sure about beer. The food was so good, we went there again the next day for lunch! What an awesome find.
