High Gravity Adventures

High Gravity is an awesome place to spend a morning or afternoon in the Boone/​Blowing Rock area. My husband and I are 60, so I was a little worried that we might not be physically up to the challenge. However, the staff was amazing and helped us feel that we could do it. The «ground school» training was thorough, and our trainer T.C. answered our questions with patience and humor, alleviating any concerns. Our harnesses were triple-​checked for safety before we were allowed on the course, and once up we saw helpful staff stationed around the course in case anyone needed them. We stayed up the full three hours and have already gone back a second time! Believe me, if a couple of 60-​year-​olds can do it, anyone can. The kids course was awesome, too, but the main course is also kid-​friendly.
Kudos to the High Gravity team for providing such a grand adventure for all ages in the High Country.
