Her initial appointments are for 90 minutes so that she can do a full body assessment for the work that will be required in future appointments. She deftly moves around the table, listening to your body and quickly picks up the problem areas and identifies the manner in which they relate to other areas through normal movement.
She is able to effectively relieve old injuries and particularly tight areas with a minimum of discomfort, much less than you may be used to with deep tissue massage.
