Foster’s At Lake Forest

If there was a 3.5 star option, this would be it. Basic non-​Sodexo office café. Had the daily special which was a Ranchero Wrap with a side of tortilla chips.
The wrap was really good and recommend it but the side was lacking. Straight out the bag and no salsa.

I am back in Cincinnati on a quick visit and was looking for a local place with fresh vegetarian options to have a meal and a visit with a friend. We were surprised by the number of vegetarian options on the menu. We were also told that many other items could be easily made vegetarian if we wanted. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the food was fairly quickly made and delivered. It is clearly not fast food, so there is a wait for hot sandwiches to be prepared, cooked and plated. We had the portobello panini and the veggie burger plate, both with sides of their oven-​baked potato wedges. We split both sandwiches and traded so we could have some of each. Both were very good, cooked just right, with appropriate condiments. The potatoes were very tasty, no grease at all, and nice spice.
If I were living here, I would return to Foster’s quite regularly.
