Walgreens

Somehow the Airlines baggage handlers managed to do something to my suitcase so that my small tube of Neosporin ruptured and thus got all over everything inside my toiletry case.
So I headed off to find a Drug Store to buy a new tooth brush, and a few other items.
This Walgreens is about 3 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn we were staying at. So it was very convenient to make an evening run over.
Picked out a new toothbrush — but was having trouble finding the toothbrush cases. A young lady working the floor was able to find one right away for me.

Well, here I go again to explain about the store, staff, and esp the Pharmacy Staff and also giving 5* vs the 3. If you need medication; if you need to know drug interactions; if a pill is making you sick, if you have a lot of drug, food, additives, dyes, and perservative allergies, you can get no better service/​knowledge than Jerry and Lauren, the Pharmacists. They take the time, they investigate, they call, they research in order to solve your particular provlems. They know The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly as far as Doctors are concerned. They get things for you @the front of the store you might need and keep it with your meds. Thanks to them, and esp. Jerry, I am off about ½ of the meds I used to have to take because of all my allergic reactions. The ancillary staff are super also. They all know my voice as soon as I call. I love being able to scan my Hubby’s and my refills. What a time saver. Also, if I do not like a particular generic product, they will special order the one I prefer. They even sent a get well card to my Hubby when he was in the Hosp. Now, getting on to the 3* rating that was previously given, it is obvious that she doesn’t need the Pharmacy very often, if at all. I will agree that the front store could be a little better arranged, and they only get 1* for not having advertised items in stock way toooo offer. The staff stays calm, even in the middle of utter business overload, computer meltdowns, and orders, Phone calls, sending emails and checking that ALL THE PILLS ARE CORRECT AND ACCOUNTED FOR. LEST not forget the 2 drive through windows, patient refills, Doctors offices calling, patients calling, prior authorizations, health insurance issues, scan refills, and also giving shots. They are always calm, and patient, kind, and really go the out of their way to help in any way they can. They all also get along very well together and communication is excellent between patient/​staff/​staff! Messages really do get passed on when you leave one. They have an excellent website and it is so easy to use. So if you are looking for an excellent Pharmacy, you cannot do better than the Pharmacy Staff@ The Blue Ash Walgreens. This Walgreens is pretty much run-​of-​the-​mill — pharmacy, ‘As Seen on TV’ items, a mini-​grocery, beverages, greeting cards, etc. I’m more of a frequenter of CVS but this Walgreens is in a much more convenient and noticeable spot than the CVS down the street, so when I’m in the area I usually go here instead.
