I have ordered from this restaurant so many times, and I have never felt that the food lacked in quality. I usually order the General Tso’s chicken and the crab rangoon. The crab rangoon is served with a side of red sweet-​and-​sour sauce which is so much better than the duck sauce packets. The General Tso’s chicken is never soggy and strikes a good balance of salty, sweet, and spicy. The dishes are fairly priced and portioned. Recently, I ordered chicken w/​vegetables, beef w/​vegetables and the sesame chicken. They all tasted just as I expected. Now, I did order the coconut shrimp once, and it wasn’t too bad. The coconut sauce did not adhere onto the fried shrimp pieces and was a bit too sweet. Other than that, I have no complaints. This is probably my favorite Chinese carryout in the area.

We were told 20 – 30 minutes for delivery and after 1 hour we called. I think they lost our order and our food showed up 20 – 30 minutes from them.
Now the food. Mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time or money.

I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star. I really wanted Chinese for lunch today but I am a long way from my preferred, delicious go-​to Chinese, I ordered from where I’ve seen others in my office order from. HUGE mistake. I should have just gone and gotten Mcdonald’s or something. I placed an online order around 11a to be delivered at around noon. A coworkers suggested I place my order with plenty of time because she had ordered yesterday and it took forever to get here. My food was delivered at 1130a, yay for fast service? not so much when you go to lunch at noon. So they must not pay any attention to the time requested. I ordered crab rangoons, the lunch broccoli w/​chicken with egg drop soup. The crab rangoons were the only part of it that was decent. The egg drop soup smelled and tasted like cardboard. The chicken was a weird texture and cut in a very odd way that made me question whether or not it was actually chicken and the rice was bland and just gross. I ended up trashing everything but the crab rangoons and fortune cookies.
The delivery girl is nice I guess you could say but is ALWAYS on her ear piece talking on the phone the whole time she is here.
So needless to say, I won’t ever be ordering from this place again, and will others do the same. I wish I had remembered to read the Unilocal reviews before I ordered. $ 13 wasted and I’ll be hungry again in not time because the food was inedible. Nasty.

I hadn’t eaten at Win Wok since before they moved to the new location on Kenwood Rd, probably because I needed sufficient time to forget how lacking the service is. I was taking a late lunch today, running errands in the area, so I thought I’d just drop in and get an order to go… big mistake. First of all, the parking at the Kenwood location is atrocious, especially when some dimwit makes their own illegal parking space right in front of the door, thereby making it almost impossible for other drivers to get by them, let alone negotiate a parking spot. I should have turned around when I walked in and there were four other people standing around. After about 5 – 7 minutes a gentlemen, I’m assuming the owner based on the photos hanging on the wall behind the cash register, took my order. Very simple order from the lunch menu, but he was trying to do everything by himself… prepare food, answer the phone, take orders… and it just wasn’t working. After an additional 20 – 25 minute wait, a woman presumably the owners wife, came in to lend a hand. It appeared that she had just returned from a food delivery. After about 30 minutes of my 60 minute lunch had elapsed, I was given my food. Came back to the office to consume what amounted to mediocre, lukewarm food. I’ve asked my co-​workers to remind me of this experience the next time I say I want Chinese food.

Just tried to make a delivery order for lunch for two people.
–Min sub total is $ 10 … made it with two orders
–They are open at 10 am but will not accept the order before 11
