My family hosted a surprise 16th birthday party for our son at CCC. What an amazing night. We had over 100 family and friends in attendance. Service, food and décor was amazing. The staff could not do enough for us and our guests. First class all the way. The food stations were a huge hit with our guests. Everyone raved about the food. No detail was overseen. The dj was so much fun and dance floor remained packed the entire night. CCC allowed us to stay past our event time and helped us pack and clean up. We are so excited for the next time we can plan another family event. We will definitely book at CCC. Thank you CCC!

CCC was quite the disappointment for a Friday night wedding. I always allow 3 strikes before someone is «out», and this is no exception. Strike 1: the very vocal(and loud) 2nd-in-command and her collection of noisy servers ruined the outdoor ceremony by drowning out the entire proceeding. Shut those doors and shut your mouths, people! There’s a wedding going on 15 feet away from where you are yelling to/at each other and banging plates. Strike 2: the same 2nd-in-command and a group of servers, stood outside the kitchen doors and had conversations loud enough to drown out most parts of the toasts. Get in the kitchen until you’re needed and SHUTYOURPIEHOLES! Strike 3: had to ask 3 people for a cup of coffee before I got one(the person who did the best job here was the one wearing the«trainee» tag. She was also the outstanding server during the cocktail hour.) The servers were, for the most part, very obtrusive, intrusive and didn’t seem to know they were doing anything wrong. Huh? The straw that broke THIS camel’s back, and prompted me to write this review within minutes of arriving home? They turned off the air conditioners, which were already not being run at a low enough temperature(as EVERYONE was complaining), at 11:00pm. The reception did not end until 11:30. When a comment was made within earshot of an employee at 11:10, he laughed and said, «It’s over. They’ve turned it off.» Well you’ve turned me off Cedarbrook CC. Two thumbs down.

I’ve been here over the years for seminars and golf outings. Today was a seminar, and this report is on the food alone. Lunch was served right at the exact expected time, on a buffet table, but with a bunch of tasty, very edible banquet food, as well as treats. The non-mayo pasta salad was very flavorful, with an olive oil dressing you can taste. The fruit salad was fresh, fruit almost ripe, another day or two would have been perfect, but please, don’t serve the orange slices with skin on, you had to resort to fingering the orange, messy. Room temp grilled veggies was a nice addition. The hot trays included a messy, overcooked cheese steak mixture, kind of stringy, not the best, hard to serve yourself. And also hot was a nice sausage, pepper and onions tray to add to the wonderfully fresh hard rolls, which were only hard by definition, certainly not texture. A delicious hoagie sliced in four-finger sized pieces and french fries which could have been cooked a little more finished out the pre-dessert selections. For dessert there was a tray of sugar cookies, white chocolate cookies, brownies, and a basket of soft pretzels with various mustards. Very well done. Dessert was 4 stars. This was A-OK, it was good, not bad like my last year’s experience at White Manor, but not near as good as Commonwealth National or Philadelphia Country Club.
