So far my interactions with the park district have been pleasant and mostly fun.
They have a good variety of activities and events for families, children and adults. Prices are fair and will not bleed you dry.

Horrible customer service! I called prior to coming in to renew my dogs bark park pass to ask what I needed to bring for renewal. The lady I spoke with told me she pulled our file and to just show up. Once I arrived, I was told I needed my old key as well as the updated vet paperwork. THIS IS WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE… TO ASK WHAT WAS NEEDED IN ORDER TO RENEW!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience working with their staff.
