Clouds Hookah

I come here quite often and it’s a nice atmosphere and a good selection of flavors. The staff is friendly and they play great urban music. Parking sucks its mostly residential parking. There is a liquor store across the street which is convenient and they have a BYOB policy.

I went for a borthday party it is a nice spot the hookah flavors were excellent the staff is friendly parking is not that great over all experience was good!

Ok so this place is nice and quiet and the vibe was great! Prices were excellent and people were friendly which is why I’m. Sad I won’t be back! I went with some friends and it was two to a hookah! We all paid SEPARATE. It was 18.90 and the girl brings my receipt back with that total. Fast forward two days I’m shopping for my birthday and check my balance on my account and see a $ 52 charge from this place! So I call as ask to speak to a manager and I hear the girl said «She wants to speak to a manger so I guess that’s you» a guy answers the phone and I explain the charges and he asked the girl who answered and she’s like «Oh yea I charged it but I refunded it and I have the receipt». The guy asked if I knew and clearly not because I’m calling about my $ 52 dollars. It’s really shady because I’m a understanding person all she had to do was explain the mistake and I would have been ok with it and would Have liked a copy of the refund receipt but I guess that won’t happen. If you go pay cash because if they overcharge you they won’t tell you!

Nice, quiet, low key spot. The staff is friendly, & knowledgeable. The prices are super cheap. We had the V.I.P section, which is a nice cozy spot downstairs. We had to come upstairs because there were more people than expected, & they were very accommodating. I ordered the wings & fries, with a cheeses cup. This is a BYOB spot, but they provide cups & iceWe are going back this weekend with some family & friends who are first time hookah smokers! Love this place.

The biggest turnoff to this place was the lack of parking. No parking lot and most of the surrounding streets are require residential parking permits. I loved the fact that there is a liquor store right across the street from the location. It’s BYOB so being able to go across the street helps. Although there were some patrons inside that purchased too many bottles of Patron from across the street and dropped their hookah on the floor but the staff handled the situation well.
You all know that I love ratchet music when I’m smoking hookah and this place did not disappoint. They also kept the NBA games playing all night which was great. The fact that they serve food was a huge plus in my book. The food included hot wings, fries, pizza puffs, spinach dip and chips. The staff has an area in the back where they hang out which isn’t the best setup to me. I like to interact with the staff and get to know the people that I’m spending my money with.
They’ve only been open for four months so I think they’ll improve as time progresses. Also, I forgot to add that the hookah was good too. I had tropicool.
