Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the 2^nd time I used Enterprise at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We walked in and had no wait time. I explained I would be returning close to closing and the manager was will to let me returning it the following morning without issue but it wasn’t necessary as I arrived with 30 minutes to spare. I will definitely be back!

When I first arrived at this place it was 1230 on Saturday and I found out they closed at noon, not a great start.
The guy working pulled a quick one for me and overrode the computers so I could still get a car, so I figured even if this company has no idea what they’re doing at least they hire good people.
I thought that until Thursday when I returned the car, two days early. I expected a little discount on the weekly rate but was told I wouldn’t get any. They said Thursday after 12 is Friday for them since they can’t rent the car out again, that I understand. So I then expected a one day discount… but nope, they said they would have to charge a daily rate if that was the case and it would be even more money.
So in summary, I had to pay for a full week even though I didn’t have it a week, and I’m sure enterprise was trying to rent it out the next day while it was still on my dime so they could double dip. That’s just not right.
