Kevin has been a recommended vendor for our 1970’s high-​rise building for a decade or so, and he knows the structure well.
He installed the perfect ac/​heat unit and it is so QUIET I can’t believe it! He also looked at the other units — one of them is breaking down, so now I can budget for a replacement.
We’ve had a lot of small repairs with several vendors this month as part of our spring cleaning. Kevin was very tidy — he protected our carpet, was very careful of our (already beat up) walls, and left the area spotlessly clean. And he himself is very quiet. No obnoxious cell phone calls, the installation itself was quiet somehow. He’s a really nice guy doing really good work.
