Went in specifically for a slice of tres leches cake because my taste buds were craving it. Well I go in on a Sunday night and purchase the slice of cake… I get home to eat it and it tasted like spoiled milk! I was furious! I called and let the store know and they told me to bring it back, which I did the next morning. They gave me an exchange for a slice of Oreo cream cake which was stale as hell! Let’s me just say I’m done with Pierres Bakery!

My friend ordered a cake from this bakery for a going away party that we were throwing for another one of our friends. The cake was $ 88.00. And it was a total disaster. To start we asked to have a decoration representing our friend moving out of state. The first design was horrid. It was sloppy looking, it looked like they had just put something together that day. When we told them that it needed to be fixed, they brought us the cake back with the wrong state picture on the cake. Then when we brought that up to them, they took the cake back for a second time, place a print out of the correct state but it was placed on top of the mistake and it was again done sloppy. The next thing is the wrote the text of the cake in regular elementary writing. When i asked why it was in cursive i was told that because that wasnt requested. Almost forgot, that the decorator misspelled the word Bye. She spelled it Bay. Then she had the audacity to have an attitude when we again had to correct her error. This was my first time going to this bakery and I can say this will most definitely be the last. We used Pierre’s because our friend liked them. Such a huge disappointment. Never again. The whole experience with them was horrible.

The food is delicious. The service is HORRIBLE. I’m African American and experienced the let me «drop your change in your hand because I don’t want to touch you scenario.» The cashier was SCARED to serve me. It was toward closing time. Needles to say I’ll NEVERGOBACKAGAIN. RACIST. NOTRECOMMENDED.

I am definitely a fan of Pierre’s Bakery, but I would like to see more of your cake designs on your website. Your gallery sucks! I have purchased cakes and even purchased cookies from you guys and they are delicious, but once again more photos please…

I don’t Unilocal to often however, I was compelled to write a review after the experience I had with Pierre’s this past weekend. Let me give you a little background first. My family & I have patronized this bakery for over ten years. They have made many cakes for us including birthday, anniversary & even my sister’s wedding cake. So when it came to me planning my best friend’s baby shower, there was no question that Pierre’s would be my choice. I ordered my cake three weeks before the baby shower. It was nothing to extravagant, a simple ¼ sheet with my shower invitation scanned on top, whipped cream with filling. It was to be picked up May 5th @ noon. However, much to my surprise when I arrived @ 1p.m. my cake was not ready. So here we go ! The young lady told me that it would be ready in a couple of minutes. Ok, I thought even though I informed her my cake was due @ noon. Next, she comes back to the counter & asked if I have the picture for the scan. No I don’t ! I gave the invitation three weeks ago when I ordered the cake and you all scanned it to the computer. Now she rushes to the computer(10 min has elapsed) and finds the scan. I mind you on the back of her order form, it clearly states that the photo is saved in my pictures. She takes off to the back with scan in hand. Ten more minutes later my cake is back. Congratulations is needed to be written on the the cake, so the decorator ask me pink or blue frosting? BROWN !! It’s states that on the order form ! The final straw comes when I look @ the cake before she writes on it. Her name was scanned BACKWARDS, are you serious? This cake has passed through three people hands & no one noticed her name was backwards. I finally spoke to the manager, because my patience had left the building long ago. He does apologize and hurries to fix it. By now I’ve been in the bakery a half hour. This cake cost me $ 67, and a huge headache. I just cannot see myself recommending or returning to Pierre’s until you get yourself together. The cake was delicious, expensive, & stressful. Thanks but no thanks !

Had an atomic cake from here the other day. It was awesome! Delicious and perfect. The whipped cream frosting was to die for.

I went here a few times to check it out 2 years ago, BUT it was amazing every time. Their gelato is goooood! Their tres leche is DELICIOUS. I bought that cake for my boyfriend around that time and now he says he wants that to be his wedding cake. That’s how much he loves it and he hates cake. The baker there is super nice as well. p.s. I did tell him that a tres leche wouldn’t be able to sit like that out of the fridge for a wedding.

You must have their atomic cake!!! I worked with the manager to create a beautiful cake for my bestie’s Hollywood Themed baby shower! We had a sculpted red velvet cake with working spotlights! I recommended this bakery to a friend and they also make the best caramel cake, because they actually bake the caramel into the cake, not as a topping! They go above and beyond with their cakes! I definitely recommend to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Sweet Jesus man, I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet. So you know how when you’re watching the Golden Girls(psh, whatever. I know you watch it) the gals always sit around the kitchen table in their jam-jams and share stories/advice with each other over cheesecake and coffee? Yeah, that’s what I do with Pierres cheesecake. Only difference is I’m alone and I’m eating it out of the box on my coffee table, watching the Golden Girls. This thing is huge. Graham cracker crust perfection. With a super rich, super creamy, slightly sweet, slightly tart filling. And on top? Oh my. A layer of chocolate ganash with chocolate dipped strawberries. My Word! All you Sex and the City fans — this is my SSB(secret single behavior) I give myself a mani pedi, then eat on obscene amount of cheesecake while I wait for my facial mask to dry. Guess my secrets out. Oh well, I promise ladies — it’ll become your SSB now.

My birthday cake was beautiful and delicious. I knew that I wanted a Tiffany and Company box but they make it much prettier and the white bow was made of white chocolate. My guests were so impressed they thought I spend hundreds of dollars, nope it was only $ 30. If you don’t believe me, here is proof: This is my favorite bakery and the pastries are great as well, not too sweet. There is a florist right next/attached door with candles and things you might have forgotten for your party.
