I love love love Starbucks, and have had nothing but good experiences at every Starbucks I’ve been to EXCEPT this one. Every time I go in, the staff is completely rude. They don’t make eye contact, and never say you’re welcome and when they do speak they have attitude. I’ve been there multiple times hoping for a different experience and it’s always the same. I NEVER write Unilocal bad reviews, but the staff there has infuriated me. It’s not just me either, several friends of mine agree that the staff there are the rudest girls ever. Today when I went in, one girl was talking so loudly how she went to another Starbucks and they«made her drink wrong» and she was speaking so badly about this other Starbucks. It was so inappropriate. I will never go back again. It’s called common courtesy. Be nice.

I would have given 5 stars but… I went in the other day I ordered 3 drinks. The 2 girls at the counter were wonderful they engaged in a conversation with me, and were professional as well as presentable to represent the Starbucks name. I walked over to the other side of the counter and noticed 2 girls making drinks and another who was training 3 other people. It’s a very small space, but whatever. The trainer lady was extremely rude to ALL of her employees if I was training I would have said no thanks! She yelled at them several times as I was standing there and degrading them. I asked one of the girls who it was and I was told it was Christina the manager. I couldn’t believe it. It turns out(after giving it thought) that was the girl who I called and complain about to the store manager and Starbucks corporation a couple years ago. That lady at that time could NOT make a coffee to save her life. I would go in there on my way to work almost daily. I of course stopped going in there. So I haven’t been in for quite some time, going back to give it another try and this happens and she is a manager SHAKINGMYHEADINDISAPPOINTMENT that they would have her in a management position… she has no business working there let alone be in a supervisor position.

If I could give less stars, I would. I absolutely LOVE Starbucks. I’ve been here several times & kept hoping it would get better. The 2 Latino girls here today need to quit if they’re that miserable working here. They are slow, untrained & rude.

Worst Starbucks in the entire chain! Young girls that are rude all the time! They do not care about any customers like the rest of Starbucks locations! Don’t go here unless you are absolutely going through coffee withdrawals!!!

Great coffee but wow what a rude rude staff. We are here now Saturday night April 14,2016 at 8pm the girl behind the counter must really hate working. Practically threw our pastries at us, rolls her eyes and has zero personality. Maybe she’s on the rag? She needs some help, a few Xanax might help or maybe she needs to get laid.

The only one on the mountain and the girls are so rude. All they do is talk among themselves. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I feel like I’m at a high school cafeteria when I’m here. I wish there was another Starbucks on the mountain to go to! This is my second review of this Starbucks! I’m so disappointed in this place! My husband alway checks the drinks before he leaves and 80% of the time they get it right. The one time he didn’t check he had to drive and have them make it over! I sent my daughter in today and of corse they got it wrong! She said they were talking about«what this guy said and what that girl did», etc. etc. When I called and talked to Elizabeth she said that she had just returned and assured me that she would tell her manager. Frustrated!

Who in the hell hires the staff for this location? Seriously. Jensen’s is such a well groomed, high end, inviting grocery store. Starbucks on the other hand, is like a black-eyed red-headed stepchild.(No pun, I have Gingers in my family). Why such a deficeint staff? Even worse, the quality of the drinks. I have no time to be disrespected by employees of a business; especially when supporting their bottom line. Starbucks should close this location, it’s as wothless as their staff.

I’ve been here multiple times now and it never seems to improve. During my first visit, my order was correct, but the staff was talking about their significant others’ drug problems and going out for drinks later. On my second visit, they got my order wrong. When I let them know, the girl flashed me the fakes smile I have ever seen and said«we’ll fix it» in a super aggressive tone, as if I had really set her behind. Then I hear the girl at the register say«She [referring to me] didn’t say that, I swear». Honestly, I think they(the workers) think costumes can’t hear them, but obviously they are not in a booth, we can hear everything, the place to wait for your drink is literally a few feet from where they’re standing. Overall, bad service, bad attitude, bad employees. I know it’s supply in demand, this Starbucks is conveniently located at the super market, right off of the highway. But seriously, it’s horrible. I’m going to start making my morning drinks at home.

This is pretty much the only place to get a cup of coffee on the mountain. So… yeah. It’s your typical Starbucks only with mountain people roaming around in it. I had the hot chocolate. Hard to screw up. It was good. Drinks came out fast on a weekend morning. There was no line when I walked in. Unfortunately, I got distracted by the bakery at Jensen’s(It’s about 5 paces away from the line). When I returned from my bacon donut fantasy(Don’t worry, it was just a fantasy I didn’t eat it!), there was a line of 4 people. It went fast, service was good. It’s the only option but it isn’t a terrible one. Probably the only Starbucks I’ll ever admit having been to.

Today marked the second time that this Starbucks location didn’t carry anything coffee-related. I understand the store being a bit behind in shipments, seeing as it’s both a mountain business and within a different store(in this case, Jensen’s). However, I feel as though the store shouldn’t even be open in an event such as this; it’s a coffee house without coffee! When the most essential aspect of the store is missing, I can’t help but give it a substandard score. If this keeps up, I think I’ll just stick with the Hot Shots Coffeehouse across the parking lot. That place has more variety in its menu anyway.

I used to like this Starbucks but since a recent change in the employees I hate going in there they make the you feel bad for ordering something different than what is just on the menu. They all seem like they feel like their«too good» for their job. Now before I come up the hill for work I’ll stop at the Starbucks at the bottom of the mountain because I don’t want to feel not welcomed like the one here. But Starbucks overall in general deserves five full stars

The only Starbucks on this side of the mountain. Thank goodness I don’t have to go down the hill for my coffee. This is a smaller store inside a grocery store so seating is limited and lines can get long. But the baristas keep the line moving and even when there are a lot of people it usually doesn’t take long to get my drink.
