Starbucks

Just fine stand alone inside of ingles. Have always had great service and drinks are standard Starbucks for better or worse! Best coffee in Cleveland currently though!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks «kiosk» location inside of Ingles. I ordered 2 drinks and a chocolate croissant. The girl taking my order was very polite. The guy making the drinks let me know it might take a few minutes to make the chocolate-​banana smoothie. The ingredients are not premixed for their smoothies, so it takes extra time. I appreciated that they communicated with the customers while they were waiting on their orders.

This Starbucks isn’t really a stand alone store, as it is located inside of Ingles. I’d say its up to par with what you would expect from a Starbucks that might be located in a Target, or other store like that. It wasn’t overly busy at the time, and the drinks we ordered were made well. After settling for fast food coffee around town, it was a revelation to discover a Starbucks, even if it isn’t quite as good as the my regular spot back home.

So it’s a little painful giving a Starbucks a less than 3 star review, but this place really doesn’t deserve more than 2 or «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» Now I know Blue Ridge is a small town and doesn’t really have it’s own Starbucks. This is just a stand inside the Ingles that Ingles employees work at. That being said, maybe I’m being a little too hard on this place by expecting «fast» service.
Both times I’ve ordered, it would take almost 10 minutes to get my coffee. I don’t know about you guys, but as a adopted Atlanta boy, I am not really willing to wait 10 minutes for my coffee. 5 minutes, sure. 10 minutes, No.
