Elite Pool Service

I would highly recommend AGAINST using this company. The owner is a jerk and does not care about his customers at all. I had the absolute worst experience with Rocky Thompson. He believes since he’s been working on pools for such a long time that he doesn’t need to treat anyone with respect. They do not schedule appointment times. He stormed off the job after I made a comment about them all sitting around playing on their phones while I was cleaning the pool. This was my first experience with them and he never introduced himself or anything. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If you need pool supplies or service. This is the only place to go! ELITE IS IT!!!

I went into Elite 8 hours before a pool party. It was the worst situation I could think of. For reasons I still don’t understand, my pool had become cloudy. I’m not talking murky, I’m talking about 25,000 gallons of milk. As I told them about my problem, they were on the phone with Rocky, the owner.
Rocky immediately knew how to fix the problem and recommended some products that would help. I bought the products and was ready to walk out the door when the nice, friendly ladies behind the counter asked me for my address.
When I asked why, they informed me that Rocky was so concerned about our situation he was personally coming out to show me some tricks to help clear up our water faster.
Sure enough, he came out to my house and personally helped me clear up the pool. In fact, he did most of the work. OK — he did all the work. The best part was, the pool was clear an hour before the party.
Who gives this kind of customer service nowadays. ELITE does!!!
You will rarely see me do this, but I wholehearted recommend this company. They have gone above and beyond what any company should do to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Please do business with them.
