Good cheap Mexican chow! The California burrito worth every penny of 4.99! Chips and salsa were ok, but probably not what one should come here for anyhow. The rolled tacos were just ok, too. Getting the feeling burritos are where it’s at for Panchos!

Having recently moved here from Southern California and having been thoroughly disappointed at our various attempts at Mexican food out here, this place has been a god send. Finally, non tex mex, true Baja style Mexican food just like you find on every other corner back in San Diego. We have not had a bad meal here yet, from their breakfast burritos, to various meals, they have all been delicious.

Fresh and tasty. Prices for a dinner are all between $ 9 – 10. Order at the counter, no table service. Styrofoam plates and plastic serveware. Salsa bar takes it up a notch. Ceiling tiles appear to be a bit of a science experiment and there’s a bullet hole in the front window but if that’s your idea of atmosphere, you’ll love this place.

Best Mexican food in blue springs, even better considering you can get it on the go, their enchiladas are amazing. Cheap, great tasting, what more could you want?

Don’t let looks or location deceive you. This place is delicious! Good value and the burritos are enormous! Food is made to order so food is always piping hot. I usually get the breakfast burritos which are offered all day. Also, their tortillas are homemade and to die for! Staff is very friendly. Ignore the review from the woman upset about waiting on her food on Cinco de Mayo. I can’t imagine a Mexican restaurant where you wouldn’t have had a long wait time on that date especially. This place is a definite gem in Blue Springs.

There is no way to beat this deal. The food is real, and tastes really good, especially late at night after a wild night, and the prices are super cheap. The ability to get good food for almost nothing at all hours of the day is a 5 star situation if you ask me.

this is a place in the«buy something massive and cheap and jam it into your face hole» category. for about $ 5, you can get a colossal burrito, a 14″ tortilla filled to the brim with meat and vegetables. that meat, while occasionally a bit tough(for steak) or too greasy(for pretty much all of it on occasion), is super tasty, and the vegetables are usually either cooked to perfection and/or as fresh as you need them to be. i usually get the california burrito without pico de gallo; it’s steak, cheese, and potatoes all cooked exactly as they need to be. also, they’re open 24 hours, so if you’re an insomniac and get really hungry, you can always go there to stuff your face orifice with delicious food. if you’re on a small budget, or even if you aren’t, this place is easily worth checking out.

I have lived in Blue Springs for almost ten years, but only tried this place out six months ago. I really have been missing out. The Panchos burrito comes with copious amounts of steak, jalapenos and guacamole for only $ 5. It’s always very quick and very tasty. It is my favorite place for a quick lunch.

Pretty great food. Love that they have breakfast burritos all day. I’ve had the smothered burrito and I was full about half way. Great portions for the price.

Shoo doggie that was filling. I was told what to order since ive never been here b4. I got the Texano burrito and 2 Adobada tacos. The tacos were amazing! Then when it was burrito time, holy cow it weighed a ton. No way was i gonna finish that hog. First bite was dreamy and i could only get half way after that. Leftover burro, baby! Taco Bell is Taco Smell compared to this place. I will be back and hopefully bring my gf with me to try it as well. Arriba arriba

Pancho’s is our family’s go-to place for southern California style burritos! The California burrito is out of sight! Our family goes to Pancho’s 2 or 3 times each week. I have read some reviews that indicated their customer service was lacking but that has never been my experience at Pancho’s. The folks who work the night shift are very friendly!

This place is the diamond in the suburban rough. One of only a few restaurants not owned by a multi-national corporation in Blue Springs, this place serves up authentic Mexican food 24-hours a day. I always go with the Texano. It’s creamy good with the tenderest chicken a guy could ask for for $ 4.99. The sauces are great, queso is real white cheese and I can also highly recommend that breakfast burritos. Try the chorizo.

Pancho, you fell a little flat for me yesterday. I took the family in hoping they would enjoy it as much as I do at 3AM on a worknight… not quite. The pork on my Adobada Plate was burned. One of my boys only likes meat and beans on his tacos, nothing else. I forgot the beans(my fault) but they filled that taco to the top with meat. Have you EVER seen a place that will fill a taco shell to the brim with meat!?! Me either. He said it was too much and too greasy. They have also raised their prices. Be very careful what you get or you may feel cheated. My son ordered a plate with a bean tostada and a cheese enchilada, with rice and beans and it was around $ 10 with tax!!! Way too much for those 2 things! I’ll be back, but not sure the family will. Btw, the last 2 pics I took were from a different visit, looked a little confusing for this review.

Chorizo and egg plate… nuff said! Best in town and the grilled tortilla just adds so much flavor. Fast service and I can get horchata here even if it is a mix. I love panchos anytime and they are open 24⁄7.

Pancho’s won’t impress you by a squeaky clean establishment with fine linens. Instead, Pancho’s focuses on serving a mouth-watering, filling burrito that you can enjoy even when the sun is rising. The burritos are cheap($ 3.50÷4 if I remember correctly) and are stuffed full of delicious ingredients. Want a burrito at 2 am? 4 am? 7am? Enjoy. Pancho’s is open 24⁄7.
