Swee David, DDS

While The Dr is very nice I saw him for two years and the whole time was told my teeth looked great (he even took X-​rays). I switched to a new dentist when I moved (it had only been 6 months since I saw dr swee) and they found several cavities that were more than six months old. The records I requested to be sent to my new dentist were a joke, no notes at all. Overall I felt like he was very negligent with my dental care and not at all thorough.

We had some pretty horrible dentists/​orthodontists in the past (seriously, once the man skipped out of the COUNTRY and my lil sister still had braces. What a mess). We found Dr. Swee through a friend and have been with him for over five years. When I lived out in LA, I would schedule appointments with him even though he was out of my insurance network (and my timezone). I can’t say enough great things about this man. He’s no-​nonsense. He does all the cleaning himself, not ridiculous dental hygienist to make small talk with, it’s just him and his secretary (also a very sweet lady). I had braces when I was younger and my first visit with Dr. Swee (okay this is going to be gross), he said he still found some cement from the braces on some of my teeth. Needless to say, it would have been nearly impossible to get it off myself, but he did in one sitting and I am so grateful. I owe my (and the rest of family’s) pearly whites to him.
