Not sure what a pest control company has to do to get a 5 star rating — but Preventive Pest Control is a pleasant company with which to do business. The staff is friendly and helpful. They come to treat our home regularly and leave a postcard with information about what they did. They are very responsive if we have questions or concerns. Overall we’re very happy!

They have been wonderful. When we did encounter a problem they were great about not just correcting it but going the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. I can’t recommend them enough. Their service people are courteous and helpful, and we have seen amazing results.

I first came to Preventive Pest to get rid of box elder bugs that looked like they were from a horror movie. Regular spraying has helped reduce the number of bugs tremendously. The service techs are always polite, professional, on time. One time one of the guys even helped me change my flat tire because I was desperate to go pick up my daughter. I recommend Preventive Pest Control without any reservations.

These guys are Great! They’ve been doing out pest control for over 10 years and they haven’t missed a beat. Conveinence is the best way to describe their service. They let me know when my appointment is coming and they ask if there is any issues they can take care of for us. They are AWESOME and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you

We have been using Preventative for two years and couldn’t be happier. From the front office to the home service you get total professionalism and personal care. Scott Lafayette has been our regular service man and is always professional, friendly, and thorough. He always goes the extra mile and it is obvious to me that Scott genuinely cares about the customer and the company… a rare find!!!

I wouldn’t recommend Preventative Pest Control to anyone. In my experience, they are very disorganized and the techs have been no-​shows three times! I didn’t notice a difference in or around my house. I still found spiders and other creepy crawlies. I get the feeling that this is a tiny company that is run by inexperienced people. I’ll probably end up going with a bigger name company because they have a better reputation and I’ve heard other companies’ product works! Still spiders everywhere with «Preventative»

I am impressed! I’ve had my fair share of issues with termites, spiders and other critters. Preventive has helped me eliminate this in my own home and my rentals. I can’t say how friendly and responsive they have been to us. I recommend you give them first shot at earning your business because they will!
