A simple blow dry took 1hr+ with an appointment. Had to wait in the chair with wet hair while the only stylist on duty shampooed, cut and dried the person before me. My blow dry came out poofy because the next person was waiting in the chair next to me just like I was. To top it off, she wouldn’t take my coupon. Awesome. Not worth the wait or the money.

I had a coupon and an appointment. Neither were honored… I was told I was going to have to wait 30 mins. The person cutting hair was the only person available and since she was a «master» she would not let me use my coupon. I told her I didn’t care who cut it, I just wanted to use my coupon. As a very budgeted mom of two children, both of these factors made it impossible for me to use this salon. Not only was I very disappointed, the lady was rude about everything. If they are going to let you make an appointment, a 30 minute wait is unacceptable. If they are going to offer a coupon, you should be allowed to use it.
