Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The vehicle was wonderful. New, clean and functioned great. The service I had to endure to get it wasn’t so great. They wouldn’t provide a guarantee that this particular vehicle would be available and I needed it to arrange a move so was a big deal to get confirmation that I could get it on the specific date. Called the office after I left the lot to mention a very small ding I hadn’t noted when I picked it up. The agent who answered the phone could care less. Indifferent service and low reliability on pickup makes this a one star location.

I had a totally smooth and pleasant transaction with the folks at this location. No complaints!

Never use this location. They are very rude. They are also very inefficient. Made reservations online. Called in order to make pick up reservation and the women I spoke to said she had it down. I made sure I did not have to call back for any reason and was expecting them at 12:00. She had my number, so if she were a responsible employee I would expect her to call.
10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time we called to see why they were late. An employee who has a horrible attitude immediately blamed us for not calling for a pick up. We explained that we had spoken to someone. He did not apologize for his mistake or his companies mistake. He was awful. He then said he was sending a car that should arrive in 15 minutes.
Again they were late another 20 minutes. By then we were beginning to see that they had pretty much ruined are very important plans. I called an hour in advance to make the pick up reservations and still they ruined our day.
Once I saw the other reviews on Unilocal I decided it is best not to do business with these people as I began to get worried they would screw me on a contract… In a sense take revenge for my expectations of them doing there job.
Anyways, plans were shot… Time cost money, events planned cost money, this company ruined it.
They do not deserve a star… Enterprise should fire the incapable employees I dealt with and the bad attitude of one man that works there in particular.

Not a bad experience at this particular office. The staff was professional in appearance and approach, and they move you quickly through the process. No hard sell on the insurance upgrades either.
What I didn’t appreciate is the near ‘bait & switch’ pricing, i.e. the advertised daily rate does not apply to vehicles taken out of state. I suspect that’s a national advertising issue, over which local offices have little say.
I’ve always used Enterprise, and will continue to do so for as long as the local offices continue with their quality service.

Beware of this location! The girl who gave me the car told me that it was her first week there. She marked a scratch in the wrong location on the chart and now they’re saying that I’m liable for the damage. The people in the office were beyond unprofessional (I mean, eating lunch at the counter– seriously?). Drive the few extra miles to the airport where they are much busier and the staff is much more experienced and professional. Also, here’s a tip — TAKE PHOTOS OR A VIDEO of your vehicle before you accept it. Make sure they write down every speck of dust or dried bug on the vehicle. These people will not admit that they made a mistake.

This is the most inefficient, irresponsible Enterprise franchise that I have ever dealt with! They had 27 days to handle the authorization/​paperwork required by the insurance company, yet they did not! I ended up having to do their work for them, then they proceeded to bring me a dirty car (after waiting 6 hours). They certainly could’ve notified either the auto/​body shop or myself before the day I dropped my car off for repairs! They knew they didn’t have what they needed but still proceeded to pick me up, get me to the office & THEN tell me they don’t have it! NEVER AGAIN!!! Avoid them like the plague!!!
