Mattress Shop is a horrible place! The manager, Reggie, lied to me when he said I would get a full refund if there were any problems with the mattress — as long as I reported it before 30 days expired from date of purchase. I purchased a floor model and when I called him back a week later because the bed pitted in the center, he wouldn’t return my calls until I repeatedly called him. When he finally came out to look at the problem he was full of attitude and made all kinds of excuses about why it wasn’t his problem and how he couldn’t do anything about the problem because the 30 days had expired and that I would need to call the warranty people. When I called the warranty people they couldn’t help because someone had removed the warranty tag from the mattress before the bed had been delivered to me — and I didn’t notice it missing until I needed it. AVOIDTHISPLACE!!!

Customer service is horrible! Bought a mattress and after a couple of day of sleeping on in I noticed the center was bowed in so I called to have them check it out before my thirty days. The rep kept saying he was too busy and couldn’t come out to see the problem. When he finally did he was rude and said the warranty didn’t cover that. I never saw any papers of warranty. I kept calling and when he finally called back he said sorry it’s been past 30 days. He purposely ignored my calls so my thirty days would expire. Worse place ever!
