The flowers exceeded our expectations. To say they were beautiful is an understatement. I would recommend them again and again. Our wedding was beautiful because the quality of the flowers were amazing.

Ordered wedding flowers from here and the flowers were delivered late. Although the flowers were beautiful they were not what wehad discussed. Not the best service when planning a wedding. Flowers were not that fresh my now husband boutinere broke in the limo on the way to reception. One of the roses from my maid of honors bouquet completely fell out which than ruined it.

Ordering flowers through the internet is a difficult thing because you can’t really see what a florist’s products look like. And genertic FTD-like websites don’t help. I was worried based on the one bad review and the other, too-short-to-be-real review. But I wanted to send flowers to my mom and this was the only florist that picked up their phone. And it worked out just fine. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have something really specific I wanted, but I took a leap and ordered. I asked them to do something custom(because that FTD stuff is so sad). My mom was actually super impressed and raved about them.

I ordered flowers from this Bluffton florist, gave them my credit card number, and for some reason they did not have the credit card number correct and the transaction was not processed. Now, while I am happy they delivered the flowers anyway, what happened afterwards was unprofessional. After trying twice to contact the florist and being unable to do, I finally did get connected. One of the employees, clearly not from Bluffton, became quite rude with me and said«I just want my money» after I explained that I had given the correct credit card number, but that the person who took my order had failed to write it down correctly. There was a not-so-subtle implication that I didn’t want to pay for services rendered. I have therefore decided not to use this merchant again. From now on, I do order via local merchant website, but Old Bluffton Flowers will not be choice in the Low Country,
