SEIKO Company Store

As a watch lover I always stop in this place while in Hilton Head. They had some great deals as always so I picked up another watch at 70% off. Here was what damaged my experience. I always do research before I buy anything that cost money. After researching I printed off a coupon that offering an additional 15% off a store purchase and a $ 30 gift card with a purchase of $ 100 or more. I also made a list of 10 watches I was looking for by model number & collection. The Baby Boomer that they had waiting on me was very slow and had no idea how to look up his inventory. Finally I picked a watch on my own and told him about the $ 30 gift card and he told me they didn’t have that offer with the watch I bought. Being the tight wad I am I asked to speak with someone who actually listened to 80’s music growing up. The manager corrected the employee and showed him the stack of gift cards next to the register. I have no problem with anybody having a job at any age but at least know your job and your current promotions… It wouldn’t hurt if you knew how to turn a computer too.
