Beware of their rounding up scheme. They roundup your bill without asking & I didnt realize you could ask to take it off. They use this money for donations honoring their name, using your money! Also they now charge $ 3!!! To pay bill over phone. They call it a convenience fee, umm excuse you, Im saving your company time & you charge me for your added benefit!!! Seriously!

Rates are extremely high and service is extremely low, wish I could switch to the other company in the area, but since I live in my current neighborhood I can’t change.
