Good doctors. Decent care but… long wait times. APPOINTMENTS are just suggestions. You could have a 3p.m. appointment and not get seen until 4:30.Office staff is RUDE. No personality Very curt. Can’t crack a smile and they If you are upset they will tell you off instead of trying to stop a bad situation from turning worse.
Office policy, you will be charged to send your records to another doctor. Over 2.59 cents for the first 11 pages then .57 cents there after. A nice chunk of change to charge someone on a fixed income or single mother. I have never heard of any other office charging patients to send records. It’s a bill that is not covered by insurance. It is like holding your records hostage until you pay. It’s not the doctor’s policy, it’s the lazy irritable staff picking your pockets. Go somewhere else and be treated better.
