American Greetings

Forget Black Friday; the day after Christmas has always been my favorite day to shop. This year American Greetings’ sales, as usual, didn’t let me down.
Bright and early today I purchased 4 great boxes of Papyrus holiday cards for 50% off the regular price. Even better was the 5/​$ 1 greeting card sale: all holiday greeting cards – and some were previously as expensive as $ 4.99 each – were included in the extreme price reduction. I’m not yet married to my fiancé, but I totally bought beautiful «Merry Christmas, Husband» cards to cover our first 5 Christmases together as a married couple!
On a negative note, several employees here should have asked Santa for attitude adjustments. Last year I was practically interrogated by an employee for taking a quick photo of the American Greetings storefront (for Unilocal purposes), and today my mom was inexplicably disrespected by a couple catty employees on separate occasions. Disgusting. You don’t talk to my mother that way.
