Scott Williams was great, answered all my questions and got me into the car at a great price. Made my buying process quick and painless. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Service and finance was also very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Danielle as our Sales person and Natalie in finance… can’t speak for service but sales was great!

The service department was absolutely rude. There are many ways to handle situations and they are obviously not taught about how to deal with issues when they arise. I spoke with the GM/​owner and he did not care that his service advisor was ignorant. I will drive 30 – 45 extra minutes just to avoid these people.

Do NOT buy a car from here! My fiancé and I traveled 2 hrs to get to the dealership as there was a used SUV he found on the web page. We get there and looked at the SUV and decided to put a partial down payment on the used SUV. There were 2 parts that needed replaced so they asked if we could come back later in the week to get it. We said yes that we could come back 1 week later, the following Saturday. My fiancé called on Thursday to confirm that the car was fixed & they said yes it is ready to be picked up. We got there Saturday morning and finished the rest of the finance part and put an additional $ 3,000 down for a total of $ 5,000 down. After the finance part was completed the car salesman Jason told us the car was not fixed!!! They had 1 week to fix the car & they did not! I believe they had us finish the financial part first so they got their money. At that point I told Jason not to cash that $ 3,000 check until we got the SUV delivered to our house. Well needless to say that idiot cashed it on Monday & the car isn’t getting delivered till Wed. I now have an overdraft fee b/​c I don’t keep that amount of money in my checking account. This dealship is UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never do business with them again & would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have checked the reviews first. Ugh!

I can’t speak for the actual quality of the service done here but the service adviser with short blond hair (Amanda I believe) is a complete and utter bitch.
I would have left the car there for servicing had it not been for her poor attitude and social skills that left us feeling like we were wasting her precious time by asking questions about the work she was recommending. Sorry sweetheart but there are other options out there that don’t involve interacting with your winning charm.
She is about as personable as a prison guard crossed with a drill sergeant. Not the type of person you would expect to see interacting with prospective clients.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer or at least avoid this poor excuse for a service adviser!
