Most amazingly beautiful rest stop restrooms I have seen, ever! The Women’s Restroom I entered featured individual room-type doors opening into private, tiled, stall rooms. Lots of space to walk into and room to close the door behind you without straddling the toilet. The automated hand wash station reminded me of the restrooms in public school student restrooms, a circular stainless steel basin with multiple motion activated spigots. Seems the Men’s Restroom wasn’t as posh with«real doors» but was still tiled and clean. The restrooms were on an island, with 18-wheelers on one side and car parking on the southerly side. The grassy Pet Area was directly across the car parking area, with at least two doggie doo bag stations that I could see, and reasonably clear of «poo mines». There were a number of picnic tables not in use in the cold and windy weather conditions. Hubby points out that this stretch of highway has rest stops few and far between. Take advantage of the amenities available here if you’re passing through the area.
