I hope I can save others from what happened to me by hiring this company. The company has a model to where you call them up for a one time extermination, and they basically set you up to where you have to join a $ 100 monthly«program» in order to Warrantee their work. We hired them for a bed bug extermination and paid over $ 800 to have the job done. Within 2 months the Bugs where exactly the same. We then called the company to have them re spray and warranty their work as the job of «extermination» wasn’t done. That’s when they told us that we needed to be on their yearly service at $ 100 a month in order to come back out to re spray! WHAT? And then to make it even worse they told me because I had not signed up for that the first time I would have to pay another $ 800 for a second«initial» visit! We will be doing a lot of things to get our money back. But It is pretty important that others know about how this company’s work was A. They did nothing to get rid of the bugs as they want you to be on a monthly program. And B. they do not warranty their work as a contractor and have the Gaul to try to charge for a second«initial» visit! Do not get into their trap and lose money.

HORRIBLE experience. Yes, they got rid of the pests because they weren’t that bad. It was more of we wanted to get rid of them before they got out of hand, but, the second time they came for the follow up that is included in original payment, they sprayed our cat(fortunately it’s supposed to be pet friendly)… Then they called and wanted to set up another service a couple weeks later. We said we didn’t need anymore, there aren’t any issues. Then couple weeks later, they’re knocking on our door. We said«we already told them we didn’t need any more services» and he said ok and left. A month later we got an $ 80+ bill saying it was for cancelling /missing an appt. I disputed it and they said I couldn’t talk to manager but they’d talk to them and if there’s any more issues, they’d call me back. Never got a call. 8 months later I get a letter from collections saying they gave it to collections. I called collections to dispute it and they said I had to prove that I said I didn’t want any services after the initial contract. So I called expert pest management and once again was told I can’t talk to a manager but they’d email the manager. HORRIBLE! how can you send someone out after they say they don’t want the service then charge them because they won’t take the service?

Terrible, over-priced and deceitful company! They demand full payment before any service is performed and then will not refund when the problem they charged you for did not exist.
