This real estate firm is absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to use to list your property or as a realtor. The realtors are not knowledgeable in their jobs. Spoke to the supposed office manager Marilyn McCalister and she was rude. Preapproved for a 180k loan and we were attempting to use Patty to view a beautiful home. Unfortunately, Patty was a no show and could not be contacted. Sad really.
Spike to Marilyn at the office and she was rude and hung up on us after we called and waited a half hour at the seller’s home on Patty. Marilyn told us there is nothing she can do and hung up on us. It seems she is incompetent in her job and surroundings as this is the worse place we have ever dealt with.
Fortunately enough we found a new realtor. However we can’t get into the house to see it as Real Living is giving the run around.
