I have been going to Anthony’s barbershop for nearly 6 years now. When I first moved to Boca Raton a friend told me about Anthony’s and I’ve never left since!
I read a review hear from a person who seems quite delusional. The fact of the matter is everything this last individual said negative about Anthonys barbershop is nothing but completely and utterly erroneous. I cannot goes anywhere else because I never get the quality of haircut I get from my barber, Jay. I always get haircuts at bats are never easy. Sometimes I get high faves or low fade or a blowout. These are haircuts to take time precision and skill and that’s not something anybody can do. I’ve been to all the barbershops in town and Anthony’s is by far the best. The staff is friendly and the new owners whom I just met today are extremely welcoming and friendly. As I was getting my haircut today I noticed that they are even starting a remodel of the inside of Anthony’s. So not only is the stuff friendly and the haircuts are professional I’ve done with Percision but the shop is getting an overhaul so I’m curious to see how it comes out. Anyway, in closing, let me just state that the last individual who wrote that negative review is entitled to his opinion but if you go I nvite place credence on that opinion you’re missing out on an incredible haircut at Anthonys!!!

Service was a total disaster from the start there’s a kid named jay he looks like a 33 yr old but trust me he has the mind of a twelve year old very how do I say left field. Couldn’t even get the length correct on top dudes a complete walking disaster with clippers.

I would steer clear of this establishment based on service alone.
The haircuts I have received on the occasions when they will actually take me have been «a’ight» to «pretty good». If all you care about is the haircut and not the experience, then I’d say this place is on par with most other places.
The problem is that the attitude of the employees is generally quite poor. The level of professionalism depends on the individual that is working. They range from extremely professional and accommodating to dispassionate and unconcerned with the customers.
Today I walked in at 4:26 pm, and the two barbers there were each in the middle of a men’s and boy’s cut, respectively. A men’s cut takes approximately 20 minutes in my experience. They were both apparently anxious to leave, so they told me they couldn’t help me because they close at 5pm.
The problem is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. This is the third time… the last was two days ago when I showed up an hour and a half before closing time. If the open sign is lit up and your hours are until 5pm on Saturday, that means you help the customer that walks in at 4:59.
As previously stated, I have run into some good barbers there, but they seem to come and go. I know it is a transient business with a lot of turnover, but it’s obvious the good ones that care about their customers (especially new customers) don’t really fit in with the culture and mentality at Anthony’s Barber Shop.

I drove from about 15 miles away and was having difficulty finding a location, I called and tried to get a little help and individual that I spoke with was one of the barbers but he was a complete you know what, extremely unprofessional and as somebody that would be a loyal client to be treated the way this individual spoke to me I’d say go anywhere else.

The biggest compliment i can give is my son and I have been going to Jay for haircuts for over 6 years. Jay is the lead barber and I would suggest making an appointment. He specializes in men’s /​boys cuts. He has been know to give a straight razor shave as he has a steady hand. Shaving cream on neck and side burns All cuts are met friendly conversation and excellence to detail. While walking in cool I find it easiest to pre book. Gina is friendly and is an expert in lice removal. I would highly recommend seeing Jay but if he’s busy u can not go wrong with the other barbers. I will definitely go back time after time and year after year.

They give great haircuts and are worth the price. You won’t be disappointed.

They do a really good job. Ask for Abner. He was awesome with my son. Patient and takes his time to do a really great job.

Been here a few times for sons haircut, pretty good.
