The service was excellent from the start. I was in need of emergency service when my unit stopped functioning on a Saturday. A technician was dispatched within a couple hours and quickly diagnosed the problem but wouldn’t be able to repair it that day. Because it was over the weekend, the technician advised that I wait until Monday to move further with the necessary maintenance to avoid an additional unnecessary charge the next day and he did what he could to patch the unit so that it could blow cold air for a few more days. Joe M. came on Monday and worked quickly and efficiently to replace the broken part. He also inspected the entire system to ensure everything else was functioning as it should. Great service all the way around.

Aspen installed my new condo A/C years ago satisfactorily and when we had a problem with a clogged drain tube they came back a little late but kept us informed and tuned up the whole unit. The maintenance contract seems expensive but saved us some money in the short run so we’ll see. David O was informative and did a professional job for us.

I FAILED my inspection because of Aspen Air. DONOT use this company. Altogether the whole experience was poor. The sales men do not go into great detail, the workers are VERY unprofessional(made a mess of my house-dinged and scuffed walls, etc) and I ended up FAILING my inspection. I would not recommend using this company.
